Welcome to Iya Nurse. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Services Offered

Iya Nurse provides tools and support to help nurses with English as their second language create professional documents and emails, as well as offering clinical decision support. Our services aim to simplify documentation tasks, enhance communication, and improve clinical decision-making.

User Responsibilities

Users of Iya Nurse must ensure that they do not input any customer-identifiable information (PII) into our platform. It is the user’s responsibility to anonymise any data used within the platform to protect patient privacy.

Payment Terms

Our subscription plans offer various levels of access to our services. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please email enquiry@iyanurse.co.uk with the subject line “Payment Refund Enquiry.”

Privacy Policy

At Iya Nurse, we value your privacy. We do not sell customer information to third parties. The data we collect is first-party data, used solely to improve our services and user experience.

Refer a Friend Policy

Eligibility:
Both the referrer and the referred friend must have an active and valid Iya Nurse subscription throughout the entire three-month period to qualify for the reward. The referred friend must be a new customer who has not previously held a subscription or account with Iya Nurse.

Referral Process:

You can generate a personalised referral link or code through the Iya Nurse platform and share it with friends or colleagues.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. You will earn one free month of subscription for each successful referral.

Reward Details:

Upon successful referral (i.e., the referred friend maintaining an active subscription for three consecutive months), your account will be credited with one free month of subscription.
The reward will be automatically applied to your next billing cycle.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Limitations:

If either you or the referred friend cancels the subscription before the three-month period is completed, the reward will be void.
Any misuse of the referral programme, such as referring oneself or creating fake accounts, will result in disqualification from the programme and may lead to the termination of your Iya Nurse account.

Termination

Iya Nurse reserves the right to terminate accounts in the case of malicious use of the platform. Users may also request account termination and GDPR data erasure by emailing us at enquiry@iyanurse.co.uk with the subject line “GDPR.”

Intellectual Property

All content generated by users remains the property of the respective users. However, the tools and services provided by Iya Nurse, including the AI algorithms, are protected by intellectual property rights and are owned by Iya Nurse.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iya Nurse shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

User Conduct

Users must use the platform in a professional and ethical manner. Any use of the platform for illegal activities, harassment, or any behaviour that violates the rights of others is strictly prohibited.

Service Availability

While we strive to keep the platform available at all times, Iya Nurse does not guarantee uninterrupted access. There may be downtimes for maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

The tools and suggestions provided by Iya Nurse are designed to assist and not replace professional judgment. Users should verify the information before applying it in any clinical setting. It is essential that all advice and suggestions provided by Iya Nurse are reviewed and checked to ensure they align with the user’s specific role, scope of practice, and the guidance from their particular ward or trust.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Iya Nurse reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
